Administrative Receivership
Where a secured lender determines that a company is insolvent, with
little prospect of turnaround, it may have the power to appoint Administrative Receivers in order to secure the repayment of its debt. Administrative Receivers have wide powers and may decide to continue to run the business in order to achieve a maximisation of the return to the secured lender.
